Fees and SchoolPay

Every fee is paid through SchoolPay, from MTN MoMo or Airtel Money, using the learner's SchoolPay payment code. The school never collects fees on a personal number.

New learners

  1. Apply now and keep your application number.
  2. The school registers the learner on SchoolPay and gives you the payment code.
  3. Pay the UGX 100,000 registration fee on SchoolPay with that code.
  4. The school confirms the interview date.

Term fees

The fee structure for each class is given with the admission letter.

Pay with MTN MoMo

  1. Dial *165#
  2. Choose Payments, then School Fees
  3. Select SchoolPay
  4. Enter the learner's SchoolPay payment code
  5. Check the learner's name, enter the amount and confirm with your PIN

Pay with Airtel Money

  1. Dial *185#
  2. Choose Pay Bill, then School Fees
  3. Select SchoolPay
  4. Enter the learner's SchoolPay payment code
  5. Check the learner's name, enter the amount and confirm with your PIN

Finding the payment code

The school gives you the code. If you cannot find it, contact the school with the learner's full name and class.
